TFJ Management provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to qualified investors through its private fund, TFJ Capital Partners, L.P., and one separately managed account. TFJ Management does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of investors and investors may not impose restrictions on investments.
Fee Structure
TFJ Management manages investments for a private fund and a separately managed account. TFJ Management receives an investment management fee based on a percentage of the capital account balance of the fund's investors. The managed account pays a management fee as outlined in their investment management agreement. TFJ Management may waive or modify the management fee for any investor at its discretion. TFJ Management also receives a performance-based fee, called an Incentive Allocation, based on net capital appreciation.
