Fee Structure
Barrier Capital Management charges an annual management fee for investment limited partnerships, typically 1.5% of the value of your portfolio, payable quarterly. They also allocate a performance fee equal to 17.5% of net profits. For separately managed accounts, the management fees typically range from 0.30% to 1% annually, payable quarterly. Separately managed accounts also pay a performance fee, typically 20% of the amount that returns outperform an agreed-upon benchmark.
