Fee Structure
CoinFund charges a management fee of up to 3.0% per year, calculated on an investor's capital account. This fee is paid monthly or quarterly, either in advance or after the fact, depending on the specific fund. CoinFund may waive or modify the management fee for certain investors, such as members, employees, affiliates, relatives, or large/strategic investors.
