Fee Structure
Cypress Capital charges an annual fee based on the amount of money you invest. The maximum fee is 1.00%, but it may be negotiable. Fees are billed quarterly based on the average daily balance of your account. If you invest in the Spartan Long/Short strategy, you will be charged management fees and performance-based fees as outlined in your client agreement. Some strategies may invest in cash, in which case the maximum fee is 0.50%.
