Deep Track Capital manages investments for private funds, primarily focusing on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences companies. Deep Track uses fundamental analysis to identify investments and may invest in equities, bonds, options, and other instruments. Deep Track does not offer wrap fee programs and serves as the investment manager to Deep Track Biotechnology Master Fund, Ltd., Deep Track Biotechnology Fund, LP, and Deep Track Biotechnology Offshore Fund, Ltd.
Fee Structure
Deep Track Capital manages investments for private funds and receives a quarterly management fee, generally 2% annually of assets under management. Founding investors in the Feeder Funds are charged a reduced rate, which may vary depending on the size of their investment. The management fee may be waived or reduced for employees and their families. The General Partner is also eligible to receive performance-based allocations from the Master Fund of up to 20% of profits.
