Ardan investigates, structures, and negotiates potential investments for the funds, monitors the performance of portfolio companies, and advises the funds on disposition opportunities. Investors in the funds cannot obtain services tailored to their individual needs.
Fee Structure
Ardan Equity Partners manages investments for privately offered investment funds and receives compensation through management fees and carried interest. The management fees are based on committed or invested capital, typically up to 2% per year, paid quarterly in advance. Ardan may manage other funds with different fee structures. Ardan also receives carried interest allocations from each fund, up to 25% of distributable cash of each portfolio investment, subject to hurdles and claw-backs.
