Atla also provides consulting services to institutional clients, including research, analysis, and recommendations. Investment strategies are tailored to client needs and objectives. Atla does not offer wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Atla Capital Management provides investment management services to a private fund and separately managed accounts.
For the private fund, Atla charges an annual management fee of 1.5% of the value of each investor's capital account, calculated and paid quarterly in advance. An affiliate also receives a performance-based profit allocation.
For separately managed accounts, advisory fees are individually negotiated and can be a percentage of assets under management, a fixed fee, a performance-based fee, or a negotiated fee.
