Savant Partners manages investments for its private funds and related side car and co-investment funds. Savant receives a management fee, typically 1.25% per year, based on each investor’s capital commitment during the investment period and, thereafter, calculated based on invested capital. There is typically no management fee for co-investment funds. Savant also receives a percentage of profits on distributions made by the funds, generally up to 20% for the main fund and up to 15% for side car and co-investment funds.
