Bancreek Capital Management (BCM) manages investments for its affiliated funds and separately managed accounts. BCM aims to achieve strong returns by investing in businesses that increase in value over time. BCM does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds and does not accept Investor imposed investment restrictions. The Funds are intended for institutional investors and other sophisticated investors.
Fee Structure
BCM's compensation may include a management fee and a performance fee based on a share of the net profits or capital appreciation of the client's assets. The management fee ranges from 1% to 1.25% per year of the net asset value of the client's account, paid quarterly in advance. The performance fee ranges from 15% to 20%. BCM may reduce or waive these fees at its discretion. BCM also provides model recommendations, with fees negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
