Grant Avenue Capital provides investment advisory services to private equity funds that invest in lower middle market healthcare companies. Grant Avenue focuses on fragmented categories within healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and healthcare information technology. The firm identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, negotiates terms, manages investments, and seeks dispositions for these investments. Grant Avenue does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of investors.
Fee Structure
Grant Avenue Capital manages private equity funds and receives a management fee and carried interest. The management fee for Fund II is 2.0% annually of aggregate non-affiliated investor capital commitments during the investment period. After a Stepdown Date, the management fee will be reduced and will equal 2.0% of the aggregate amount of investment contributions made by non-affiliated limited partners of Fund II with respect to investments of Fund II that have not been disposed of or completely written off for U.S. federal income tax purposes. The General Partner will receive a carried interest with respect to Fund II equal to 20% of all realized profits subject to an 8% annually compounded preferred return.
