Fee Structure
GrowthCurve Capital manages investments for private investment partnerships. The management fee is up to 2.0% per year of the aggregate capital commitments during the commitment period, and up to 1.75% per year of the aggregate capital contributions invested thereafter. For Single Investment Partnerships, the management fee is up to 1.25% per year of invested capital. These fees may be offset by a portion of certain transaction fees. The firm may also receive monitoring fees, consulting fees, advisory fees, directors’ fees, commitment fees, and deal fees related to portfolio company transactions.
