BAMCL tailors its advisory services to meet the specific investment objectives and strategies outlined in each Fund's documents. BAMCL does not engage in proprietary trading.
Fee Structure
Brimstone Asset Management's fees are detailed in each Fund's investment management agreement and offering materials. These fees typically include:
- An annual management fee, calculated as a percentage of the Fund's assets under management.
- An annual management fee, calculated as a percentage of the amount invested in the Funds.
- Incentive or performance-based fees, based on the Fund's performance above a certain hurdle.
For High Yield, Multisector Opportunistic and Multi-asset Strategies, the management fee is 0-3% of the subscription amount or net asset value, with a 30% performance fee on returns above a 110% hurdle. For Credit Long Only Strategies, there is no management fee, but a 50% performance fee per annum of any net gain. The specific fee rate is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the strategies and investment objectives.
