The firm primarily invests in companies operating in the cannabis sector, but also invests in other industries like car washes. BoldRose manages each client according to its own investment objectives and strategies, and these are not tailored to individual investors in the funds.
Fee Structure
BoldRose manages investments for its clients and charges a percentage of assets under management and performance-based fees. The annual management fee is up to 2.5% of the aggregate capital commitments of investors who are not related to BoldRose. BoldRose also receives performance-based fees of up to 30% of realized profits and losses. These fees are detailed in the client's offering documents. BoldRose may reduce or waive these fees at its discretion.
