Scalebuilder provides investment advisory services to private funds, primarily by allocating assets to underlying sub-advisors. Scalebuilder requires each sub-advisor to participate in profits and losses within their allocation as an Investment Partner. Scalebuilder exercises authority over the Partnership and is responsible for day-to-day operations. Scalebuilder seeks to provide clients and investors with both capital preservation and long-term capital appreciation, primarily by focusing on listed securities.
