Meteora Capital manages investments for private investment funds and separately managed accounts, aiming for consistent returns independent of market movements. Meteora exploits inefficiencies in financial markets through event-driven and arbitrage strategies. Meteora has discretion over client assets, but may adhere to client-imposed risk guidelines on a case-by-case basis.
Fee Structure
Meteora Capital manages private investment funds and separately managed accounts. The management fees charged to the Funds are between 1.0% and 2.0% annually, assessed quarterly in advance, based on each investor's share of the fund's net asset value. Meteora also receives performance-based fees, generally 20% of capital appreciation, annually and upon capital distribution. Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated individually.
