CPC Management provides full discretionary investment advisory, management, and administrative services to CPC, LLC, a perpetual investment company. CPC's investment objective is to purchase, grow, and hold durable, capital-efficient operating businesses. CPC Management identifies, negotiates, acquires, finances, repositions, manages, structures, and disposes of CPC's investments, and handles day-to-day administration.
Fee Structure
CPC Management's costs and expenses are funded by capital contributions made by CPC. CPC pays CPC Management an annual contribution, quarterly in advance. The annual contribution is based on a rate applied to either capital commitments that investors make to CPC plus a deemed leverage amount equal to the capital commitments made in CPC’s initial offering period, or unfunded capital commitments made in the current year plus the value of CPC’s assets.
