GMAG Management provides investment management services to private pooled investment vehicles (funds) sponsored by its affiliates. These funds may invest in underlying hedge funds and private equity funds. Investment strategies differ depending on the fund's mandate. Investors in the funds must be accredited and qualified clients. GMAG Management enters into written investment management agreements with each fund.
Fee Structure
GMAG Management earns an asset-based management fee for providing investment advisory services to its funds. The fees are based on the specific terms set forth in the offering documents for each fund and are generally charged in advance on a quarterly basis. GMAG Management has the right to waive or reduce the management fees for any given investor in a fund.
