PAM also provides asset management services to the Popular Mezzanine Fund, a private equity fund.
Fee Structure
Popular Asset Management manages investments for mutual funds and institutions. Fees for the Popular Funds are a percentage of the fund's assets. Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, varying based on the type of advice, account size, and relationship with the client. For employee benefit plans, the fee is 0.10% annually on plan assets, with a $3,000 minimum annual fee.
