Fee Structure
Sola Impact Group manages investments for private funds and charges a management fee based on the fund's capital. For the Black Impact Funds, the fee is 2.00% per year of each investor's capital commitment during the investment period. After the investment period, the fee is 2.00% per year of the total purchase price of all properties owned by the fund. For the CRA Fund, the fee is 1.50% or 1.75% per year of each investor's capital commitment, depending on when they invested. After the investment period, the fee is 1.50% or 1.75% per year of the total purchase price of all properties owned by the fund.
