Intersection Fintech Ventures manages two private equity funds, Intersection Fintech CIF Partners, LP and Intersection Fintech Ventures I, LLC, investing in fintech companies. Intersection leverages its affiliate, IGP, an executive search firm, to access investment opportunities. Intersection does not tailor its advisory services to individual investors in the funds.
Fee Structure
Intersection Fintech Ventures manages private equity funds and receives a management fee.
For the Ventures I Fund, the management fee is 1% per year of the aggregate capital commitments until the end of the Investment Period (June 30, 2024). After the Investment Period, the fee is 1% per year of the net invested capital.
The CIF Partners Fund pays an Integration Fee equal to 1% of the committed capital, payable in six equal monthly installments.
