DB Advisory America (DBAA) offers ongoing portfolio management services based on a client's goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. DBAA creates an Investment Policy Statement for each client to help select a suitable portfolio. DBAA evaluates current investments and trades securities with client permission. DBAA also provides model portfolio management for public fixed income investments on a non-discretionary basis.
Fee Structure
DB Advisory America charges an annual flat fee, payable quarterly in advance. The fee is based on the value of the assets being managed and advisory contributions from clients. The specific fee is listed in Schedule A of the client's Advisory Services Agreement. Clients are also responsible for out-of-pocket expenses, such as fees for auditors and attorneys. The client and DBAA may negotiate to adjust the terms and charges.
