Framework Ventures provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles (Funds) that are exempt from registration. Framework directs the funds to invest in digital currencies, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain-based assets. Investment advice is provided directly to the Funds, not to individual investors in a Fund. Framework does not provide investment advice to separately managed accounts or participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Framework Ventures manages investments for pooled investment funds and charges a management fee and a performance-based fee. The management fee for Fund IV is 2.0% per year of an investor's capital commitment during the investment period and 2.0% per year thereafter. Performance-based fees generally range from 20% to 30% of the investor’s share of the Fund’s net asset value in excess of the investor’s capital contribution and net of the investor’s share of Fund expenses.
