Fee Structure
DNA Capital Management manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. The annual management fee for the funds is between 1.0% and 2.0%, depending on the fund and share class. Fund investors are also subject to a performance-based profit allocation of between 15% and 20%, depending on their share class. Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated directly with each investor.
