Fee Structure
Gulfcrest Capital offers investment management services with fees based on the amount of your portfolio. There are different fee schedules depending on the investment strategy you choose:
Gulfcrest Foundational Strategies:
- First $100,000: 0.75% per year
- Next $100,000-$500,000: 0.60% per year
- Next $500,000-$1,000,000: 0.50% per year
- Over $1,000,000: 0.40% per year
Gulfcrest Signature Strategies:
- First $100,000: 1.50% per year
- Next $100,000-$500,000: 1.20% per year
- Next $500,000-$1,000,000: 1.00% per year
- Over $1,000,000: 0.80% per year
Gulfcrest Non-Discretionary Advisory:
- First $100,000: 0.65% per year
- Next $100,000-$500,000: 0.50% per year
- Next $500,000-$1,000,000: 0.40% per year
- Over $1,000,000: 0.30% per year
