Fee Structure
Cuadrilla Capital manages investment funds and earns management fees from these funds. The management fee is typically paid quarterly in advance. Cuadrilla may, at its discretion, waive or reduce the management fee. Cuadrilla also receives a carried interest of the net profits of the Cuadrilla Funds upon payment of distribution to Investors once an Investor’s total capital contributions are fully returned, subject to a claw back and a preferred return for the benefit of Investors.
