Fairbridge Asset Management provides investment advisory services to pooled investment vehicles (funds). Fairbridge focuses on originating and managing short-term bridge loans secured by real estate. Fairbridge does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of an investor in the Funds. The firm manages a portfolio of real estate loans and does not tailor the portfolio to meet the needs of any individual investor.
Fee Structure
Fairbridge Asset Management provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles. The firm receives a management fee based on the net asset value of the fund, and a portion of origination, extension, and exit fees received from borrowers. The management fee is generally payable quarterly and can be up to 3.5% annually. Fees are subject to negotiation.
