Spear Advisors also serves as an investment advisor to the Spear Alpha ETF. For individual clients, Spear Advisors manages accounts based on their financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance, primarily using ETFs to build diversified portfolios. Clients retain ownership rights to their accounts.
Fee Structure
Spear Advisors offers asset management services to qualified clients. The annual fee for these services can range up to 2.00% of the value of your account. The exact fee is negotiable based on factors like the type of client, complexity, and the amount of assets managed. For individual ETF investors, there is an annual fee of 0.25% for establishing and monitoring managed accounts holding the Spear Fund. This monitoring fee is separate from the management fee charged to Spear Advisors as the fund manager. In some cases, qualified clients may also be charged a performance-based fee, generally not exceeding 20% of the capital appreciation in the account.
