Grayscale Advisors provides investment advisory services for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and private funds, primarily focusing on digital assets. Grayscale Advisors manages the Grayscale Funds Trust and its ETFs, as well as the Grayscale Dynamic Income Fund and other single-asset private funds. These private funds are available only to qualified investors. Grayscale Advisors does not provide investment advisory services to individuals or retail investors.

For the Grayscale Dynamic Income Fund, the annual management fee is 0.5% of the fund's digital assets. There is also a performance fee of 10% of net capital appreciation.
