OC Investment Management (OCIM) provides investment advice to private investment funds. OCIM specializes in fixed income arbitrage markets, using fundamental analysis to find absolute return and relative value opportunities. OCIM manages assets based on the investment objectives and restrictions set forth in the governing documents applicable to each fund. Investment advice is provided directly to the funds and not individually to the funds’ investors.
Fee Structure
OC Investment Management (OCIM) manages investments for private funds and charges an annual asset-based management fee ranging from 1.75% to 2%, paid monthly. OCIM is also entitled to receive an incentive fee of 20% multiplied by the amount by which the adjusted net asset value of a series of the Master Fund shares exceeds its prior high net asset value.
