Ridgeline advises clients based on specific investment objectives and strategies, primarily focusing on theatrical productions. The firm does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of clients.
Fee Structure
Ridgeline charges an investment management fee of 2% per year, calculated quarterly based on the aggregate contributions to each client. If a new client account is established or a client makes an addition to its account during a quarter, the investment management fee will be prorated for the number of days remaining in the quarter. Ridgeline may reduce, waive, defer, or share the management fee chargeable to any investor.
