Finial Point Capital Management offers ongoing asset management services to clients. They determine investment goals, time horizons, objectives, and risk tolerance to create investment strategies. Clients authorize Finial Point to execute investment program transactions. Investment strategies are tailored to reflect stated goals and objectives, and clients may impose restrictions on investments.

The annual fee is negotiable based upon certain criteria. In addition to the annual fee, FPCM may also charge Client an annual performance-based fee at a rate agreed upon level based upon outperformance to a specific benchmark. Total fees to Client will never exceed the safe harbor threshold of 3% of assets under management per year. This cap of 3% of assets under management collectively reflects all fees including annual management fee and any performance-based fees.
