BlueYard is an investment management firm focused on venture capital investments in crypto assets and related companies. BlueYard provides investment advice on a discretionary basis to privately offered pooled investment vehicles, known as Funds, which are offered to high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and other investors that meet the applicable investor suitability requirements. BlueYard does not offer services tailored to the individual specific needs of investors.
Fee Structure
BlueYard manages investments for pooled investment funds and receives compensation through asset-based management fees and performance-based compensation. The management fee is up to 2.5% per year of each investor's total capital commitment, calculated and paid quarterly.
