Black Toro provides investment advisory services to clients, focusing on investments tailored to their objectives and risk profiles. They offer both discretionary and non-discretionary accounts. Black Toro may refer clients to other financial services companies and has an administrative service agreement with an affiliated company in Argentina. They also manage a private fund.
Fee Structure
Black Toro may charge a fixed annual fee of up to $300,000 or an annual fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage, up to 2%. Fees are negotiated individually. In the case of accounts opened with Interactive Brokers through BlackToro, the firm assumes all brokerage commissions for the Clients, as part of the Custody Agreement with IB. Please note that this agreement may change in the future an clients may be required to cover all applicable brokerage commissions, transaction fees, custodian fees and other related costs and expenses.
