Center Capital Partners (CCP) manages private real estate investment funds. CCP does not tailor its investment management services to the specific needs of any fund investor. Fee Structure
Center Capital Partners manages private real estate investment funds. The fees are set forth in the offering materials for each fund. CCP or its affiliates may be paid a quarterly management fee (typically 1.50% per year) calculated as a percentage of capital contributions. The general partner of a fund may also receive performance-based compensation in the form of carried interest if certain conditions are met.
