A Fin Management provides investment management services to private investment funds, focusing on investments in the equity of privately held entities. They may also invest in publicly held entities and debt when attractive returns are available. Investments are worldwide and across various industries. Services are tailored to each client's investment program as described in their governing documents. A Fin Management manages investments on a discretionary basis.

A Fin Management generally receives a fixed quarterly management fee from Clients of 0.5% (2.0% annualized). They may also receive a performance-based incentive distribution of up to 20% of the proceeds realized upon the disposition of the assets of the private fund. Compensation to A Fin Management is negotiable, and is set forth and described in each Client’s Governing Documents. Certain investors in the Private Funds negotiate for and pay reduced management fees, performance-based incentive distributions, allocations, carried interests or other fees. Typically, related persons of A Fin Management do not pay any fees in respect of their investments in the Funds.
