Augment Infrastructure Managers Advisory LLC is a registered investment advisor that provides investment advisory and management services to private funds. Fee Structure
Augment provides investment advisory services to private funds. Augment and its Managing Partners are paid a management fee, paid quarterly in advance, based upon a stated percentage of a Fund investor’s contributed capital. Each Fund’s general partner is entitled to receive performance-based compensation in the amount of up to 20% of distributions of investment proceeds in connection with its advisory services.
