Kain Capital manages the Funds' assets with full authority, following the investment goals outlined in the Funds' documents. The Funds aim to generate returns by investing in private companies across various sectors, including healthcare and technology. Kain Capital does not provide advice to individual retail investors.
Fee Structure
Kain Capital manages investments for privately offered pooled investment funds. Kain Capital and its affiliates receive a management fee from some of the Funds, up to 2% of the Fund’s capital commitments. Kain Capital and its affiliates also receive performance-based compensation from each Fund, up to 30%.
