Fee Structure
BharCap Partners manages a non-discretionary separately managed account (Fund I) and private investment funds. The advisory fee for Fund I is a percentage of the invested capital, paid monthly in advance. Other funds either have no management fee or a management fee equal to a percentage of committed capital. A related person of BharCap, as general partner, typically receives carried interest based on capital gains or appreciation of the assets. Fees may be waived or reduced for investments by BharCap or its related persons.
