BluePrint also offers ERISA plan services, acting as a limited scope fiduciary for qualified retirement plans. They may recommend third-party managers and receive referral fees.

Annual fee is negotiable based upon certain criteria. For Orion Portfolio Solutions, BluePrint charges an annual investment advisory fee based on the total assets under management of no more than 1.50%. For SEI Managed Account Solutions program BluePrint charges an annual investment advisory fee based on the total assets under management as follows: Up to $500,000 1.25%, $500,0001 to $999,999 1.0%, $1,000,000 and above 0.85%. The annual fee may be negotiable.
