10x10y LLC offers two investment management fee schedules:
- For clients who do not meet the definition of "qualified client," the annual fee is 2.00% of the value of your portfolio, calculated and collected daily.
- For clients who meet the definition of "qualified client" and maintain a minimum account balance of greater than $1,100,000, the annual fee is 1.00% of the value of your portfolio, calculated and collected daily, plus a performance fee of 15% of the profits, calculated and collected annually. The performance fee is subject to a high-water mark and three-year lookback period.
Fees are negotiable and may be waived for employees and their family members.
