Annual fees are not charged in advance. Fees are charged monthly, calculated daily and deducted on a monthly basis. There may also be differences in fees paid by certain Clients based on account inception dates or amount of Client assets under management. In some cases negotiation of fees may result in different fees being charged for similar services and may be less than the stated fees.
