Patron Management provides investment management services to a private fund, Patron Fund I, L.P., using a multi-strategy approach that includes direct investments in early-stage companies and token investments in protocols or early-stage crypto companies. The fund is available to high-net-worth individuals and businesses who meet specific criteria. Patron does not currently offer separately managed accounts or financial planning services.
Fee Structure
Patron Management manages a private fund, and investors in the fund pay a management fee. The fee is 0.0625% of the total capital committed by all investors, calculated quarterly.
The management fee starts after the later of (i) the first full fiscal quarter following the fourth anniversary of the initial contribution date and (ii) six months after a suspension period begins. The annual management fee decreases by 0.25% per year, but will not go below 1.5%.
