Ultra Blue Capital (UBC) provides investment management services to private investment funds and an exchange traded fund (ETF). UBC uses proprietary machine-learning algorithms and high-frequency data to make investment decisions. UBC's investment strategies involve taking both long and short positions in publicly listed securities. UBC does not tailor its advice to individual investors in the funds.
Ultra Blue Capital manages investments for private funds and an exchange traded fund.
For the private funds, UBC charges a management fee equal to a percentage (typically 1-2% per year) of the capital account balances of each investor, payable in advance each quarter. UBC also receives a quarterly performance-based fee, generally equal to 20% of net profits allocated to each investor, subject to a high water mark.
For the exchange traded fund (UBCB), UBC charges a management fee of 0.75% of the daily average net asset value of the portfolio.
