Fee Structure
Latticework Investments manages investments for a fund and receives compensation through a management fee and a performance allocation. The management fee is 0.25% per quarter (1.00% annually) of each investor's capital account balance. Latticework Investments also receives 15% of the net profit allocated to each investor annually, subject to a high water mark provision.
