Republic Capital serves as an investment advisor exclusively to pooled investment funds, known as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and multi-asset pooled investment vehicles. Republic Capital invests in technology companies and projects across fintech, deep tech, web3, blockchain, enterprise, and digital assets. Republic Capital has total discretion over the investment objectives and criteria of the Funds. Republic Capital does not participate in any wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Republic Capital manages investments for pooled investment funds, not individual investors. Fees are established in each fund's governing documents and are either paid one-time upon each closing for SPV funds or deducted quarterly from unreturned capital contributions for multi-asset funds. Fees may be negotiable.
