Investment terms are set when each fund is created and can only be changed as outlined in the fund's governing documents. Fee Structure
Brex Asset Management (BAM) manages investments for private funds, not individual investors. The funds pay BAM a management fee, calculated as follows:
- From the fund's initial investment until the sixth anniversary: 1.50% per year of the aggregate commitments of limited partners.
- Thereafter: 0.25% per year of the aggregate commitments of limited partners.
These fees are adjusted by transaction fees, placement fees, and other management fee reductions.
