Fee Structure
Deepwater Asset Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and private funds. The annual management fee ranges from 0.5% to 2.5% of the fund's or separate account's value. There is also an incentive fee or allocation calculated annually, equal to 15% to 20% of the net profits during the year, subject to a loss carryforward provision, or based on the outperformance above the S&P 500 Total Return Index for the relevant year. Fees are negotiable.
