Vision One Management Partners provides investment management services to privately offered investment funds and separately managed accounts. These services are intended for sophisticated investors. The firm manages funds in a master-feeder structure and also manages separate accounts. Vision One's investment strategies are managed according to the objectives outlined in the offering documents and investment management agreements.
Fee Structure
Vision One generally charges an annual management fee ranging from 1% to 1.25% depending on the class of limited partnership interests held by an investor. Qualified investors in separately managed accounts may also be subject to a performance-based profit allocation of 15% - 20% based on realized and unrealized income and gains during each fiscal year, subject to the SMA’s gains exceeding a benchmark return based on the annualized rate of return of the iShares Core S&P Midcap ETF (IJH).
