Fee Structure
SymBiosis Capital Partners does not charge a typical management fee for its advisory services to the Funds. Instead, its operating subsidiary, Symbiosis Capital Management, LLC, is reimbursed for all applicable expenses incurred by the Funds. Symbiosis is also entitled to receive a carried interest up to 20% based on distributions exceeding certain hurdles.
