Fee Structure
GordonMD manages investments for private funds and receives fees based on the value of the fund's assets and performance.
For funds employing a public equity strategy, GordonMD receives a quarterly management fee of 1.5% of the net assets in the Limited Partner's Basic Capital Account and 2.0% of the net assets in Designated Capital Accounts.
For funds employing a private equity strategy, GordonMD receives a quarterly management fee of 2% per year of invested capital.
GordonMD also receives performance-based compensation of 20% of the net profits of the assets within the Funds, subject to a loss carryforward provision.
